“Hotel is fantastic - truly the only problem is the elevator, and it's a huge problem. They only have one bank of 3 or 4 elevators serving 23 floors, and you have to wait up to 10-15 minutes to get an elevator if you're on the lower floors at peak check-in and check-out hours. ”

The property itself if very well maintained and clean. I was not happy that the room had dust on the furniture in the bathroom and the room itself, but other than that it was very clean. The staff transferred me to another room but it was the same issue, so I stayed in my original room. The……
