“Nice hotel, great location. When we arrived the desk staff was withering the abuse of a possibly drunk, nightmarish Karen and the staff handled her childlike tantrum with admirable patience and diplomacy. Hate to see people treated that way, especially in front of my kids. ”

While the outside has a Victorian feel the Japanese inspiration throughout the property just melted away any anxiety we had leaving us with a calm, relaxing and enjoyable stay. “Stayed at this hotel for one night only because it was closing for major makeover. Would have stayed longer. It was very comfortable and we had a beautiful vineyard view. The breakfast was delicious and the pool very inviting. Would love to return when it reopens.”

“Had an amazing visit here this October! Everyone was very friendly, we got a personal tour around the vineyard followed by a wine tasting. The space was all very recently renovated, so everything was clean and new. The next morning, we even got a private chef breakfast! It was really nice having some peace and quiet away from busier Napa for a night. Next time I would want to bring some food to cook with us, since it is worth noting that there aren't many restaurant options in the area, but……

“Loved everything about this place, right in the heart of healdsburg, walking distance to everything! Very quiet and only 3 cottages. It is in a commercial district, while the place itself was charming you are surrounded by businesses and construction. Not a big deal on a weekend! There is no front desk but gives a you a very secluded feel. No complaints other than the coffee pods were only decaf. We will be back!”

“Everything about our stay was amazing, from the greeting when we arrived, to the care and concern about our comfort. The grounds were very enjoyable with breakfast by the Koi pond, to a full size Bocce ball court surrounded by grape vines. There is also a croquet court, putting green, tennis court and pool: all in a beautiful setting.”
