“We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. ”

“Courtyard was very nice to sit in and relax. Breakfast was great. Amelia's Bar and Grill was fantastic. Front Desk personal were great. The only issue I had was that I went down to get an extra blanket to enjoy the court yard further and they would NOT give me one due to a manager needing to be present... “Nice place. I appreciated their beautiful and adorable mini golf course that was included in the resort fee fees. Though I didn’t use the pool, it did look tempting and the water felt nice temperature. The room was comfortable and homey. I do wish there was a mini fridge and microwave, and that I could cast my device to the TV. There were a lot of channels to choose from though. “Very nice historic landmark with beautiful detail inside. Parking is the typical modern additional guest tax( expensive) to add onto the room rate. Any room below 7th floor on even side will be trash view unfortunately. Very convenient location and beautiful bathrooms in the suits.”

“Brand New buildings in the soon to be heart of the new Deer Valley. It was eerily empty when we stayed, but that's just because the new terrain is under construction. Close to the Gondola, you could walk, they have a shuttle but didn't use it. Not near any restaurants or bars. It was a bit disappointing that they built all of this new, but cheaped out on the fixtures and furniture. If the gondola is closed, you have to drive to the base area near the Hyatt. ”
