“The location was awesome! 15m from downtown slc, 25m from little cottonwood canyon. 60m from Sundance resort. Comfortable home. Great layout and amenities. Perfect for the 5 of us. Comfortable beds. Older property that has been updated nicely (carpet looks to be original). Nice back porch area, covered parking, lots of natural light. Nice TV. Lots of towels. We would stay here again.”

Jeron provides a garage door opener so you can park your car in the garage, which is a wonderful perk. Three bedroom are upstairs, with two bathrooms (one goes with the primary bedroom). “For a quick one or two nights this studio is fine. The location is next to a vape store, which seems to populate the area (just for your reference). Otherwise the location was good for what I needed. Areas to work on: housekeeping (used coffee pods in the machine and damp towels/bedding in the dryer). Also, the instructions for the trash made no sense at all, so just updating this language to explain the process. It's also highly unlikely that you can ask someone to be there between 6:30 and……
