“It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time. We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure. Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too……

“Amazing property! So enjoyed just sitting on our balcony and looking out at the inner courtyard. Given how full the hotel was with guests, it was almost unbelievable how quiet the room was at night (and the blackout curtains were superb). The housekeeping and wait staff were courtesy and attentive. Well located, and ample parking. All around fabulous experience! ”
