“The location is more than perfect. The staff were very friendly and quick. The only thing is the parking. To get to it was hard and complicated. Also it says they have the option to charge my car. It ended up that it was not compatible !!! This is the airport issue not the hotel. The hotel does not have a special parking. Which mean, you may end spending more than 50$ just for parking per day ”

“在我這次Quebec City及Montreal的旅程中住了幾間酒店，這間酒店是全個行程最好一間！(包括價錢不便宜的Quebec City城堡酒店) 清潔很好、房間size很好、冷氣很好、床鋪很好、洗手間一流！如果要更上一層樓，可以留意前台職員，幾個女孩子都沒有笑容，沒有招呼，但幾位男士則很好，有笑容有禮貌。 可以的話，酒店正大堂入口，可以放置藝術品、乾花或多點燈飾就更完美！”

“The shuttle bus driver that day (11th morning) is a racist. There were altogether two passengers on the bus (including me). The driver kindly asked another passenger at which gate he would like to alight. Then, when arrived, that passenger alighted and gave the driver tips. The driver then shouted at me: “you, get off here!” And then asked me, “any tips?” Of course in this case, I would not tip. I didn’t answer and simply alighted there as he said. And then he said, “fxxking Asian”. Hotel staff……

“It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.”

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Moxy. We had read other reviews complaining about AC but ours worked perfectly fine, especially given the heat wave! The hotel is very new so all the rooms and spaces are immaculate. I love the fun vibe and decor. Check in took a while. They could use another person during busy hours. That said, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Also I used the EV charger and it worked perfectly. An overnight charge got me to 100% for my next day drive to Ontario for only……
