“Lovely hotel right in the heart of old Montreal. You're a walk away from attractions, shopping, culture & a myriad of dining choices. The hotel is small, there is only one elevator, but that adds to the charm. The staff is bilingual & takes very good care of you.”

“The flat was quite comfortable and a nice space. There were a couple of downsides however... Unfortunately when we arrived there was quite the infestation of ants in the flat. When I raised with management the response I got was to ensure I empty the rubbish - keeping in mind this is 15 minutes after we checked in. I will also mention that the flat is not very quiet. You can hear EVERYTHING. Like the tv show your neighbour is watching, every time a toilet is flushed, washing machines running. ”

“It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.”
