“This was a hilton resort hotel, not what I had thought. Too far from town to walk so mainly ate at pool bar as cheaper. Staff there, especially Johan were great.”

“This is a lovely place, but I can't give it a great review because on the day we checked-in no one was available at the hotel to answer the phone. Answering the phone when you have guest traveling from out of country, and to a very remote location is standard basic custom service. For whatever reason we could not find our email confirmation the day we were scheduled to arrive and we called and called for 5 hours straight on a Saturday between 12noon-5pm and no one answered the phone. “Die Ecolodge ist schon toll, auch wenn das Areal, in dem die Lodges stehen, überall in USA auch stehen könnte, es ist dort "sehr aufgeräumt". Trotzdem ist der Aufenthalt etwas besonderes. Der angrenzende Regenwald ist riesig mit vielen Trails und einer Hängebrücke. Auch die Tiersichtungen während wir im Restaurant saßen, war wie im Kino, echt toll! Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. “Our stay at Tranquilo Lodge was an absolute dream. Sebastien and Christophe are the most amazing hosts. Sebastien helped us plan out the best 4-5 day itenerary and was always around to help with anything we needed during our stay. The grounds are beautiful and maintained well and the view from the pool is absolutely stunning. The serving staff Cristina and Alex were so friendly and attentive.
