“We just had a staycation and had a great time. Easy check in, breakfast buffet was good. We had dinner at SER, our service was top notch. My favorite part was the lazy river and my son loved the pool basketball. We will definitely be back! Very clean and beautiful hotel and property. Plenty of restaurants around for plenty of food options. The candy store was a big hit as well as Starbucks in the morning. ”

“Our room was exquisite. We were in the bungalows area off the main hotel grounds. Easy parking, very clean. The staff especially Tristan were very perdinable. Communication was so eady as well, thee staff shared their cell numbers readily. Free transportation throughout most of the city.”

“I came across The Virgin Hotel brand in May of this year, handful of stays later, it’s now become my go to get away place….hands down where I recommend staying in Dallas. The Smeg refrigerator in each room, I now have one at home. Thanks for the great hospitality Virgin Hotels! ”

“Very nice hotel with wonderful staff.Clean and up to date.Rooftop Upside Bar was a visual treat. The only downside is that they only have valet parking.Area has some street parking but garage self parking would have been a plus.”
