“The quayside area of Dundee where the Apex hotel sits is lovely. You can walk or cycle for miles alongside the river and it's clean. The town centre though is not so great. It's quite run down and there are lots of empty shops. The staff in the hotel were lovely and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and a good size. We had one facing the quay which meant we could watch the people doing watersports. The restaurant was clean and the staff were attentive but the food was average. Not terrible but……

“Apart from the inconvenience caused by the road maintenance outside the hotel, the living experience was good overall.”

“沒有清晰的泊車指引及接待處正門位置的地圖，只有在斜路的側門有前往接待處的指示牌，沒有駕車來的乘客要爬幾層樓梯才到達。很不方便。住宿、款待及餐飲十分滿意。　”

“The signature suite is amazing! Fantastic decor and amenities. The bed was big, but for me the bed was quite hard.”

“Property is showing some age in the room flooring. Also no dining service available. Just a marginal breakfast offer. Served somewhat slowly. Reasons given for this was due to staffing issues carried over from covid. Also had to change rooms due to faulty shower. Only had very hot water and extremely hot water. No cold water at shower head. ”
