“We love the location of this property! The food at Jacksons is excellent and has an amazing view of the harbor. We ate there 3 times over our 3 day holiday so you know its good food! We also shared a slice from Fold, they too make amazing specialty pizzas 🍕! The rooms and beds are comfy, the carpet should be changed out, it has been walked on a lot, but it is still very well kept and maintained. Our housekeeper was the best she took fabulous care of us to make sure our stay was perfect! Our……

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“Always a great stay ”

“It was awesome we did the water taxis and the trolley right out of the front door just a little walk across the street. Although it was raining on our first night we had a great time in the downstairs bar with a great musician playing. Recommend the charcuterie board and cocktails. Next day was water day and evening trolley. Great time Service was incredible all staff was friendly and accommodating ”
