Untrustworthy business practices,not worried about any thing but making a dollar today.very very unaware of what it takes to be a real business.their practices resolve around getting your payment and making it so aggravating to get a refund that more than likely you'll just say keep it and never go back.thats what they want you to do so they make it a huge obstacle to aggravate you enough to throw your hands up ”

“When e we go to Bartow we usually stay there and it is good. This time we didn’t have enough hot water for us to get a bath/shower. Usually get the same room because we know what it is like. But this time same room but the beds were really firm/hard. No ottoman to go with the chair.”
