“Loved this hotel! Would have been an easy 5stars without a few little quirks. Our coffee cups were dirty and the coffee machine didn’t work, as well as the headboard being dusty. Just minor things. But there was good coffee in lobby, and staff were lovely. Would stay here again easy. ”

“The Royal Sonesta is a cute quirky spot in downtown Portland. The attentive staff made us feel like royalty and the amazing and eclectic decor was really fun. I’ll definitely come back when in town. ”

“We stayed here for seven nights last week. It was a perfect hotel for the two of us (father and adult son). The two beds were very comfortable. There was also a desk and a corner couch. The room felt very big and comfortable. The staff were amazing. The day bartender (Tyler) was a super friendly and helpful person, who told us of places we needed to visit or go to eat. I would stay here again any time that we are in Portland.”

“Kinda off the beaten path with nothing much around within walking distance food wise but we wanted quiet don’t was perfect the neighborhood was fantastic though. And it was super simple to navigate five minutes up the road to Ross and ten minutes up to Walmart and food breakfast was amazing as well. The pool was nice and refreshing and they have a grill out on the patio to cook on if you chose to do so. ”
