“It was really good experience. They are located in very nice place not too far from downtown and they offer free transit pass to go around banff. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I wish they have Indoor pool for kids and adult because the hot pool outside was too hot, you can barely sit for 10-15 minutes. Overall it was nice place to stay.”

“This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. “The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“The Malcolm has become my favourite hotel to stay in Canmore. The amenities are superb.. hot tub..fire pit & pool. I’ve enjoyed many first class meals at the Stirling where lovely Jessica has been my hostess. I chose a Malcolm Royal King room overlooking the Mount Lady Macdonald & Policeman’s Creek from the top floor this time, much quieter than the pool view. My room was spacious and comfy. A big thanks to all your wonderful staff for making another stay memorable. I hope to return in……

“The room is insanely small. It is absolutely overated. Also the floor was designed with zero consideration of their customer. It has stairs in each floor. I have to carry my two huge suitcases upstairs. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. trash as fk.”
