“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and I really appreciate how honest they all are. I had left my Apple Watch in my room when I checked out and didn’t realize it for at least an hour or so. I called and the sweet lady upfront immediately took my number and went to check the room. “Barsala provided a great apartment for rent for a few days at a good price. The process can be more stream-lined for the future. Their website had trouble using my phone's camera (even after granting permissions) to verify I was the person on my driver's license. I had to do the authentication process on my laptop with my webcam. They also use an app called Latch to provide access to the door lock. Just make sure you keep your important belongings on you before leaving the apartment if you are……
