“The desk assistant Latia was great! Very helpful and kind, she made sure we were happy with the suite. Bryana also checked on us and got us a remote for the living room. Our time at the pool was enjoyable but cold. ”

“The staff was incredible. Jasmine and Jada handled issues with card programming professionally and with compassion. Victoria took care of a billing issue expertly and was very attentive. They are all truly gems!”

“Our flight was canceled due to Hurricane Erin; hence, our family ended up at Doubletree. It was approximately 12 minutes from CLT. We were able to book three rooms for the same day. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a warm smile, the check-in process was smooth, and their famous chocolate chip cookies made it feel like home. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff friendly. Shuttle service back to CLT was bonus.”

“My family really enjoyed our stay here! They are still remodeling so there was inconvenience with everyone having to use the other elevators to use the indoor pool and gym, but this is to be expected with a remodel. The room was great and the fridge was obviously new since it still had the stickers inside it. LOVED that there is an indoor and outdoor pool and the convenience of the cafe in the lobby area is wonderful! A brewery, in the building and right outside the lobby, will be opening soon……
