“We loved our location. Our balcony overlooked the pool and the beach. The condo was very clean and well equipped. ”

“We booked this trip for my birthday. The resort is under construction. We were Not notified, even though they claimed it was on the webpage. The noise was awful, demolition drill awful at 7:30 am. And they said it will go on untill May 2025. Checking instructions were not very specific. The unit was not very clean. There was trash under beds and not cleaned dishes. The pool and beach acces were blocked the first two days of our vacation. They opened it after we complained.”

“The place was clean and had a great lay out. The complex was also clean, and the pools were warm and clean. The location on the south side of the island was perfect. We had a great time at the beach finding shells. Candy's place had everything we needed to make getting around easy. When we arrived, we couldnt find the travel crib. After messaging Candy, he showed up with a travel crib. We had a great time and my kids are already asking to go back.”

“This condo is very expensive for the quality received! The router for the internet is in another condo unit and works poorly! The whole condo needs updating! The dryer worked poorly on arrival and we had to perform some maintenance on it to get it to work correctly! Shower doors need to be replaced!”

“The overall cleanliness of this property was substandard, as were all the linens provided. I have sent pictures to the property management team today, and explained only some of our concerns with the property managers upon checkout. Unless a team went in there and used bleach or antibacterial cleaners everywhere, I would not recommend anyone stay here. There were only 2 towels that were decent; the wash rags and other towels were ones I would only use as rags in my house. While I admit I am a……
