“Need air conditioning ”

“酒店入住時間是1500時，我1600時到check in還未準備好，需要等。 入住房間很舒適，但厕所板有大條裂痕，好易使客人受傷。浴室嘅沖凉液及護髮素亦無refill。另外客房亦漏咗提供拖鞋。 第二日到酒店食早餐，在櫃檯前之服務員並無帶領我們入座，自己揾位。不過我眼見前面及跟隨我後面嘅外國旅客則由佢親自帶領入座，使我覺得有被種族歧視的感覺。十分不悦！ 曾有幾名員工親口問我取煙吸，認真麻麻。”

“Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!”

“Wifi is good only, the food in the restaurant is very bad and breakfast buffet not too much variety. No housekeeping to clean up uncless we tell the reception.”

“Crowne Plaza is a great little hotel on the beach of Garapan. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is well put together, with a lot of restaurants, pools, and activities. We've stayed here several times before. The rooms are starting to take a beating since the renovation during COVID but they remain pretty nice with super soft and comfortable bedding. The laundry room is great but expensive. $5 cycles per machine but all detergents included. An easy card swipe gets the job done.……

“Lack of a refrigerator and ice machines made keeping drinks cold difficult. Also no nearby convenience stores meant buying all beverages at the hotel. Very expensive.”

“My friend and I loved our stay at this resort, the best part was the amazing staff and relaxed feel of the place. My only criticism would be that there needs to be more umbrella's or shading around the main pool and not just the family pool. Would love to stay again.”
