“I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back. I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager working on site. Its trash management shamed and harmed the Hilton's……

“The hotel is conveniently located near Princeton, though having a car is highly recommended for easier transportation. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with cookies and bottled water—such a thoughtful touch, especially on a chilly November evening. The breakfast was excellent; I particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon from the cold bar. “I liked the location nice and peaceful. My wife and I come cheer from time to time. We discovered soiled stain on the bedsheet I took a pic and showed it to the staff. They weee very generous. I was offered an upgrade she checked the system but there was nothing available. They did come up immediately and changed the bedsheets .”
