“This was my second stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and has a fun bar/bocce ball place downstairs. The on-site restaurant has delicious breakfast!”

“Perfect for a business trip or a place to stay when exploring the Reno/Tahoe area. Communication was a little scarce at first but I figured everything out easily enough. I loved my stay but wish the prices were lower. They keep going up!”

“The cottage was nicely furnished, but was not cleaned very well. It had everything you could need. We got snow and that was great to see. Beds were comfy and fireplace was great! Location was great.”

“Such a great experience at Barsala in Reno. Communication was great. Location was great. Honestly this place was above our expectations. Great for family or multiple people. ”

“Overall stay is good and lodge is cozy and a large size of kitchen with full utensils to use, which are very convenient. A few things that the management may think to improve: the washer and dryer, especially the dryer is not clean and some dust even coins left inside the dryer. Customer service phone number is not reachable the day after Xmas so there is nobody to answer our questions.”
