“The floor at check in and room was a little sticky. The coffee machine was in the cabinet, very dark. Would be nice if there is a light in the cabinet. ”

“Overall, I would say that the stay was a positive experience. The main positives were front desk staff, who were very helpful and polite. The hotel and room interior is very nice and room was spacious and clean. The main negatives were that the rooms do not have amenities such as refrigerators or a coffee maker; these may be available upon request, but in my case we could not get a 'fridge. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby, but only 7-10am, which is pretty limited. They also charge……

“My only comment is about in room dining. You need a team dedicated to this amenity. The bartender was amazing but he can not be tending the bar while taking in room dining orders and delivering them! ”

“The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars……
