“The whole experience was absolutely amazing, fron the moment we arrived and was greeted by Grace both her and all the staff from hospitality to facilities maintenance could not have been better, we were treated like royalty! When i had an accident whilst there they made sure transport was hand for meattend all my health and dental appontments with the catering team even cooking me off menu meals aa i was struggling to eat, I cannot praise the resort and the Staff highly enough.”

“We made a last minute decision to spend a few days in Rarotonga on our way to New Zealand. Motu Beachfront Villas turned it into one of the best vacation decisions ever. The property is immaculate and our villa gorgeous. We were met by the lovely Mii who immediately made us feel welcome. We were so appreciative of our upgraded villa complete with everything we needed - even snorkel equipment and food in the fridge. Mii even took us to the grocery to get the rest of the things we needed. ……

“The hotel’s location is great, with convenient transportation and many good restaurants within walking distance, especially with a night market right next door. However, the hotel’s facilities are quite outdated, and the cleanliness of the rooms is average. There is even a leakage issue with the ceiling. The breakfast options are limited, making the value for money quite average for the price. Not highly recommended.”

“I loved that my room had everything i needed for example washing machine/dryer, basically a full kitchen & everything that you need, table/chairs, outdoor area it's like a mini home. I was a little scared to take a shower at night but i got use to it. Sane (manager) was very lovely making sure i was alright etc the other staff gave me a mango on my way out (thankful because i love them). I will be recommending this spot to anyone who's looking for accomm in Raro.”

“The location was lovely, but the onsite managers were rarely “onsite,” they would not allow us to have complimentary late checkout, (not even an hour or 2, even though our flight didn’t leave until nearly midnight and we had checked in at nearly midnight.) We feel very lucky to have chosen Serenity Villas as it was our first time in Rarotonga and we didn’t know anything about the island other than what we researched and read online. “This bungalow suited us perfectly. Reading the previous reviews, I can see the host has acted on most comments and improved things for the next visitor. I was pleased to see tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The air conditioning was amazing once you give it time to work. Decor is lovely. Free Starlink wifi was fantastic. Location is great, although is tucked behind the front bungalow so it doesn’t have wide views of the ocean, which didn’t bother us as it was a bit safer for our young child.……
