“The staff was very friendly and had no problem checking in or out. We were able to leave our luggage until we left the property. The one downfall was that the walls to our room were very thin. We could hear the people next to us singing, taking, coughing, etc. we even heard people on the other side.”

“It’s new and clean which is good. But everything else are awful.1 the valet parking is totally a mess.It takes over half hour to get your car back when you need to use it.The street in front of the hotel is always stuffed because of this hotel’s stupid valet parking system. 2. The reception who greeted me was totally a poker face and very rude.Sounds like we were checking in to a prison.Her name was arraya or something like that.What kind management trained her to be in that position? 3,the……

“I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. ”
