“I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. “The host/property manager was communicative, responsive and all around wonderful. This property was perfectly located for the sites that we were visiting around De Sales University. The property was clean and as described. I do want to note that one of the bathrooms is a half bath with no shower and that the house is nestled between two senior living buildings and a busy route 378. Wonderful stay regardless!!”

“We had our wedding at the Washington about a mile away. Our out of town family stayed here. And they loved it! Leigh and Stephanie are great hosts, and had everything you could possibly need! The house is very clean! The setting is beautiful surrounded by woods and very orivaye but close enough if you need to run out to get anything.Would highly recommend staying here! ”

“Lovely little place to stay, located near a few shops and able to travel into Philadelphia within 30 minutes. The neighborhood was very quiet no loud neighbors or dogs barking all night so that was great! It is an attached house but I didn’t hear the neighbors at all but home that we weren’t too noisy for them. Host accommodated our requests for a travel crib and toys are at the home.
