“Lovely little place to stay, located near a few shops and able to travel into Philadelphia within 30 minutes. The neighborhood was very quiet no loud neighbors or dogs barking all night so that was great! It is an attached house but I didn’t hear the neighbors at all but home that we weren’t too noisy for them. Host accommodated our requests for a travel crib and toys are at the home. “This house has a ton of potential, but right now it is not rental ready. Lots of seating areas but no coffee tables. A pool table replaced the dining table, and the room is too small for a pool table. And the house really needs a dining table! Needs a coat of paint to hide large spackled areas and markings all over walls that are more than just normal wear and tear. If you cannot do stairs, this is not for you. There are stairs to literally every room in the house inside and out. The stove is on……
