“Our receptionist was very dry and unwelcoming, not friendly at all. Did not smile once. We waiting in line to check in for about 8 minutes as there was only one clerk. A 2nd line started forming as it was confusing to see where the line started.Then a 2nd clerk came in (the one I am referring to). She didn’t ask who was next and just took the other guest even though we were already waiting. It was fine it happens, but again, when she finally helped us she was very dry, not mean or rude, just not……

“Great location plus many amenities! I enjoyed our stay, very busy and lively restaurant and bar area. Comfortable queen beds. My only complaint is you can literally hear everything going on in the bedrooms from the doorway of your room! Also ac was not up to par, I had it 65 and luckily I was able to open a bedroom window to cool down our room. One more tip would be to give the rooms a deep cleaning, some dust on the vents, doors and baseboards.”

“Awesome stay! Very safe and accessible to everything. My grandkids loved it . Our room was amazing ! 2024. I would request that again. Parking and food prices very high. ”

“The the entire staff was welcoming and helpful, especially Katie at the front desk and micheal at the bar. We loved the retro look of the room and how well designed it was. The breakfast was amazing eggs and croissants and coffee were delicious. Fantastic location we walked to the beach and had easy access Cannot wait to stay at another pali house hotel, as I have heard they have many locations. ”
