“Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM.……

We booked a suite which was very comfortable with a lot of space, a kitchen and a washing machine. The staff was very friendly and the dining room for breakfast and dinner has a phenomenal view around Tromsø. The only things that were from our perspective not meeting our expectations for the price was the breakfast and the spa. The breakfast is totally fine but with just a small selection and……
