“We had a great time at this hotel. There was a happy hour on Saturdays with free wine and beer in the hotel lobby. Everything was clean and new. The hotel is very convenient. ”

“Ryan at the front Desk was great. He upgraded us to the 23rd floor room. The only thing that did not happen was the turn down service but I think this was an oversight. No big deal. Overall this hotel is great and location is excellent. Very clean and upscale hotel. I loved it.”

“We had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms were very clean and up to date. The front staff were wonderful. Anything we asked for they were able to accommodate and brought right to our room for us. The cookies are a bonus and our kids loved them! Only thing that we didn't like was the big pool was so cold.”

“Looks like they might be doing construction due storage containers in their parking lot. But that being said I would stay at this location again. The bed was very comfortable and check was a breeze. We only stayed one night so didn’t try out the restaurant or amenities. They should think about offering a shuttle to the Casino. And I was offered a chocolate chip cookie like advertised. ”

“Great location relative to Pitt's campus. excellent dining choices in the area. TV in the master suite would be nice.”

“It was welcoming and comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful. The only negative thing I’d mention is that the vent in the bathroom looked like it should have been cleaned, but other than that, it was just lovely.”
