“Everyone was very friendly. We came early in the day, but the clerk let us check in anyway. Our luggage was lost by the airline, and the hotel staff helped us locate the delivery van and secured our bags until we returned to pick them up. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient to trains, buses, and downtown. ”
