“There was a surprise $100 deposit when we arrived on top of the price for the room which we had already paid. Check in was at 4 PM, but you still check out at 11AM. For a 3PM check-in, there’s another fee. The hotel was nice. The staff was professional. But, the policies made it feel like a bootleg operation. You really don’t have to interact with staff at all, though. You receive your room key in your phone. You can check in and out without interacting with any staff. I’d recommend if not for……

“We stayed two days and loved it! Restaurants were top-notch; loved the prime rib dinner and breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the live music in the bar. We went to the Elvis concert and got to see the Graceland Mansion, airplanes, cars, and museum. This is a must stay for Graceland. ”

“This hotel is fabulous. Central downtown location that allows you to walk to many attractions. Room was clean and very tidy. Quiet rooms and nice windows for viewing people walking to work and starting their day. Hotel offered complimentary coffee and breakfast too. I would stay at this location again in the future. Parking and food are available right next door which are both convenient and handy too.”

“We were in Memphis for two nights and enjoyed our stay at the Central Station. The hotel is beautiful with both music and train decor. It is an active Amtrak stop which is neat in itself. It is a bit of a walk to Beale from there we were able to manage it with kids. There is also a ton of great restaurants and shops right by the hotel. The lobby/bar has a DJ playing every evening.
