“The property is beautiful, only complaint we have is size of room. When front desk offered us a room, 2201, and said you can have it immediately, they really needed to mention that it is the size of a king bed with 18 inches on all sides. Would have felt better if they had given us a choice to wait for housekeeping in another slightly larger room. Not a good way to start off. ”

“We had a wonderful time at the Pier House. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The grounds were beautiful and the private beach was a great place to relax. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“We booked three rooms. One room was not cleaned, and the other room's door was not even closed after room cleaning. We came back in the night and found the door was open. We were scared and reported to the hotel immediately. No any feedback from the hotel till we left! We will not choose to stay at this hotel in the future. ”
