“It was amazing! Only complaint was the pool was closed, but that was on us!! 😂 We got there crazy late. Very kind and welcoming staff, very clean and comfortable facilities, and the restaurants have lovely food! Thank you Omni!”

“The website was very misleading concerning the opening of the whole resort amenities pool/lazy river we specifically chose Anatole for the resort so that was very disheartening that the whole red wasn’t available ”

“The hotel staff were amazing; friendly, inviting, and very helpful. The room clean; amazing views; and However, my experience at the Farena restaurant connected to the hotel left a lot to be desired. Our server developed an attitude after we asked for clean silverware that did not have food on them and clean napkins. The pasta was undercooked and crunchy. The staff dropped a cleaning cloth on the floor, then picked it up and continued to clean off the table with other staff standing there. ”

“This is a great historic hotel. It is located in an excellent part of town, across the street from the AT&T world headquarters. There are numerous places to eat and drink near by, and there is upscale shopping very close as well. The staff was impeccable and treated all of their customers with class and professionalism. There was a global robotics competition in Dallas the weekend we were there so some of the room offerings (VIP?) were not available. The rooms are dated, as to be expected,……
