“The air conditioner is noisy, I cannot sleep. ”

“Easy access to the room clean room nice shower.... Things I didn't like no complimentary breakfast as advertised online... Not enough pillows in the room... Having the room for more than one night and not being cleaned by housekeeping, also I think we should have gotten a discount for staying multiple nights and having to pay full price each time ”

“Everything was very good except the outside area was full of garbage at side entrance. We just had a few feet of snow so I am hoping it was just an oversight as the snow melted Breakfast was excellent. Love Hampton waffles!”

“The rooms are very nice, and comfortable. I like the bigger refrigerator . It could be cleaner. There were areas that needed cleaning . There was trash in the elevator that were not swept up until the next day. In our room, there were a few items behind the end tables not noticed . Due to the snowstorms , areas were not shoveled and hard to walk . The food was cold and not enough options. Overall it was a very nice stay , a very convenient location. ”

“The staff was gracious, attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and roomy enough for me to maneuver on a knee scooter. All in all a lovely experience. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff were friendly and advised me of the best time to leave for my 5am flight. The room temp was perfect- I never had to touch the thermostat! The bed was the most comfortable bed! I was in Floor 6, but the shower reached temp in seconds! I had dinner in my room having ordered from the restaurant downstairs. Great burger and fries! I will definitely stay here again.”
