“This place is convenient for shopping and transportation ”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“The staff was very hospitable. Front desk offered us the same rate as the garage to valet, very polite. We got a drink credit as well since we were not able to make the bar. We want to come back to see the rooftop bar St. Julip. The food at The Betty restaurant was good. We had an issue with one server but the manager was very professional and addressed all our concerns. Kimpton is a high quality chain!”
