“Room condition was so poor. Hairs and dusts everywhere. (Even on the door). It’s hard to open balcony door. Furnitures are old. I won’t choose here to stay in the future. ”

“The room is bigger than most of other hotels in South Korea Staff are nice it felt like home quick check in and check out If you come here just select Ocean View it was just perfect in the morning the view was really beautiful They only have cafe and Ashley Queen the buffet restaurant its not expensive comparing the quality its convenient and yummy but still i wish there was a la carte menu, maybe i didnt see it? Nice bed we could deeply rest here not feeling tired at all , perfect for……

“今次預訂了家庭房間，房內有一張大床及一張上下格床，但上下格床因為太短，只能睡到150cm以下的小朋友，太高的小朋友不能伸腳，比較不便，但酒店到滑雪場非常方便，一出門口就是，而且房間的景觀都是向滑雪場的，景觀非常好，雪山內有多間餐廳，大部分都開到21:00，有間24小時便利店，酒店早餐選擇種類多，好味”

“My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel had the spacious and luxurious atmosphere. Staff were kind and room was clean, pleasant and had a beautiful Mountain view. Breakfast buffet selections were very nice and the dining room and the cafe at 9th floor also had a great view. The restaurant for dinner was a bit fancy, but also offer take-out chicken you can eat in your room. There are stores and restaurant near by if needed. The best part of the hotel was……

“Clean room once we check in. Wash machine looks cool but no detergent available that I disappointed, not able to wash dirty clothes. Sunrise is beautiful at 5:03 AM on the Sokcho beach that day. On the second day, the weather looks gloomy, rain and cloudy without sunrise. (Jun 24 clear day and Jun 25 cloudy day). Except not provide packet decaf coffee instead expresso, too strong. Otherwise we enjoy staying here. Bus transportation is good to Seoraksan National Park - not all trails to take -……
