“This hotel had absolutely everything I could ask for! My only comment would be to make the distinction between Z and Z2 a bit clearer so travelers know exactly what they’re booking. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always eager to help. “I absolutely loved my stay. It was spacious with beautiful palm trees at the lower area where my room was. English breakfast was served and the food orders took max 30 minutes. It was quiet, serene and the beach beds were not as crowded as the neighboring hotels. It has the best beach area that forms a beautiful pool during the high tide and it was never crowded. Staff were very helpful and payments were paid with card or cash in USD and TZS conveniently. WiFi was a bit weak in the room but……

“The experience was quite bad as the manager Juma intentionally showed a better and bigger room with giving us a single bed room mentioned that’s standard room we booked (which we booked a double room) and asked us to pay more for change. 2 of us changed and saw Juma directly put the money in his own pocket.
