“We stayed in the apartments, which cost a fraction of the main building, but also had full access to all hotel amenities. ”

Housekeeping maintained it well, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The staff at Riu Jambo were outstanding — always full of energy, warm, and incredibly helpful. I unfortunately had an accident while in Zanzibar (unrelated to the hotel), and the way the staff supported me during my recovery was……

“Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level. Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.”
