“The best part the kids were allowed to be kids. They loved the water slides. Breakfast was so good, and a variety to choose from. They also had an area with claw machines. My 9yr old won 2 stuffed animals. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in awhile. Also it’s walking distance to down town area. We had a cool view of the bridge (lights up at night) and the space needle! ”

“They said free breakfast was included .Free breakfast was only coffee and pastries .When I saw free breakfast I thought I was going to get to sit down and have a full breakfast meal. They should say free coffee and pastries included every morning. So I was disappointed that I had to go out and get a real "Breakfast "”

“We enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful hotel! We went to the Happy Hour and enjoyed our two complimentary drinks, went to the pool and hot tub. Our room was also comfortable and clean! Will be staying here again!”

“Amazing staff, check in was easy and was able to check in at 3 pm. Only thing i didn't like was the out of nowhere additional $100 hold for whatever. I plan my trip based on what it says online nowhere was this $100 mentioned. So if i didn't have it what i wasn't going to be able to check in. Now i have to wait for them to release it back to my account. ”

“Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect…until the last night. Some noisy neighbors came in and yelled and slammed doors all night. The accommodations could not have been better. And it’s not the hotel’s fault that some people don’t have manners. We will be back to ”

“When we got into the room, the room wasn't very clean and the trash had not been thrown.”

“Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good.……
