“There were about a dozen unopened cartons in the reception area which looked sloppy. The batteries for the TV remote and the thermostat had to be replaced. The ceiling of the room had some kind of repair and needed painting. And so that the wrong people don't get blamed, the receptionist staff and all other workers were helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. The manager should get the heat. Compared to other available properties, this room was grossly overpriced.”
