“The property itself was nice. Very big, comfortable, cute decor. However, there was an issue with the trash bins that were stored inside the garage (according to the instructions, the bins were to be stored inside/out of sight even though all the other houses had them outside near the garage). The trash containers were NASTY. They were full of maggots and with a fetid foul-smell that made it IMPOSSIBLE to be inside the garage and enjoy the games that were there. The dryer was broken and unable to be fixed during our stay. The company is very attentive to needs. I brought up something’s in the house that probably need evaluated and they said things need to be addressed at the beginning on the stay. (Things like the fridge seal not being great, broken can opener, broken pool chairs ) make sure……

“Poor communication. I stayed 2 days without AC, the backyard screen were damaged, the indoor pool was never turned on and the worst of all there was a cockroach on my bed. I really had good expectations for this place but unfortunately the service was not as I expected.”
