“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“I’ve stayed at this property before and overall, it’s a solid choice. The room I had this time was fair, though the bathroom layout felt a bit tighter compared to other rooms I’ve experienced at this hotel. The rooftop pool party added a nice vibe, but it did create congestion on the second floor, making it difficult to move through that area. The elevators can be slow at times, but they get the job done. Still a generally good stay with a few areas for improvement.”

“I took both of my teenage sons to Great Wolf Lodge for the first time for my son’s 16th birthday. The lady at check in was very nice and also gave my son a free birthday poster. We played in the water park before getting our room. The whole atmosphere is very nice and so is the staff. The rooms are nice and spacious too. My son loved the ice cream he got it both nights we were there. Overall a great experience at Great Wolf Lodge and we will be back!!”
