“I recommend this hotel.The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very attentive. Room service is very fast and detailed. Room was always made up by the time I got back, even if i was gone for only a short time. The pool and cafe are wonderfull. And room was comfortable and the beds and pillow were great to sleep on. As a foreigner, the hotel staff were great especially as I know a little Arabic and was only communicating in English. Ahlam was very helpful an attentive to any concern or……

“What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. ”

“The staff did extra little things for us which was most appreciated. The view from the rooftop restaurant is very special but on windy days, guests would be well advised to bring a hat and jacket. The only drawback is the location of the hotel as most everything in the immediate vicinity is either closed or under construction. ”
