However, the food in their restaurant is delicious and the staff in charge of keeping luggage were really nice and polite.”

The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. ”

Facilities opening time) were not answered clearly and adequately. When we check-in, they mixed up our information with other guests. Just minor problems. Generally, it was an excellent experience.”
