“Excellent stay, wonderful hotel!”

“Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. “This was a family trip with two kids , 10 &14 years old . It was a brilliant trip , staff including kitchen team were welcoming, experienced and friendly , food was amazing, generous , variety of Italian cuisine , freshly made, tailored to your taste and by order daily. we were treated as they would treat their family. Location is perfect for families who would like to do activities with children, cycling, swimming, walking , hiking, sailing. The view of the lake is amazing from the pool.……
