“Mattress is too soft for me, excellent location and excellent staff”

“I’m traveling with my family. On the evening we arrived, the family room I had reserved was not available, so the hotel offered us their best suite instead. We stayed there for two nights. Later, when my daughter fell ill, I requested a late check-out. Although the room wasn’t available, they kindly offered us another room at no additional charge. From the front desk to room service, valet, and housekeeping—every staff member we encountered was outstanding and truly passionate about their work.……

“The location is perfect, walking distance from several stations and the airport Roissy Bus stop. The room is modern and clean and tidy. The amenities are of high quality. The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. The only downside is that there were some construction work going on at the hotel and totally blocking all the view of the room and occasionally there were workers right outside our windows. We basically kept our curtains closed during our entire stay.”
