“It was amazing. Attention to detail outstanding. Staff excellent. If I have to find anything to mention it was that there should be no music played by the infinity pool to enhance the tranquility if the space , and no smoking at breakfast or by the pool at any as it makes it unpleasant for those who don’t smoke. ”

“Nice breakfast view , nice lounge bar , no complimentary bottle water in room . the spa is small and old ,guests using has to pay eur30 ,concierge attending at 4:00pm actually came at 5:00pm ”

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

We were in a suite which was more than enough room for the 2 of us. Very large closet area with both hanging and shelving. We had plenty of space for our large suitcases. Comfortable bed & linens. We loved having the garden space with the lounge chairs for enjoying an afternoon drink in private. We dined at Gusto which was an experience everyone……
