“Hosts were exceedingly hospitable. Andrea and his parents went well out of their way to provide us all the comforts we needed to make ourselves at home and answer questions. Well-stocked grocery store within easy walking distance. Ductless, remote-controlled A/C cooled the entire unit nicely. Beach promenade one block away with very good restaurants. Public beaches and beaches with nominal fees for chairs and umbrellas to be found. One issue is the beginnings of a small amount of sea-weed……

“Le logement est situé en dehors du centre d'Alghero, à environ 30 minutes à pied de la vieille ville en longeant la grande plage et ses cafés/restaurants. La résidence est agréable, calme, avec une grande terrasse privée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de la très belle plage de Maria Pia, ses pins et sa réserve naturelle.”

“Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Der große Pool und der Poolbar, die auch vom Preis-Leistung Angebot top ist. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Grünanlgen sehr gepflegt. Das Restaurant am Abend sehr stilvoll mit abwechslungsreicher Karte. Beim Frühstück könnte es etwas mehr Abwechslung geben. Das Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur einen kleinen Minuspunkt, ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Fitnesraum kostenlos zu nutzen ist. Aber insgesamt, ein……

“Wir konnten uns dort sehr gut erholen, das Haus ist sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Garten ist traumhaft und sehr gepflegt, genauso wie der Pool. Die lauen Abende genossen wir unter der Pergola beim Grillen. Leider konnten wir zu der Zeit nur eine der beiden Küchen vollständig nutzen; das WLAN war zeitweise relativ schwach.”

“We have just returned from a very pleasant stay in Villa Turchese. The property is spacious and comfortable but the real beauty of the place is it's spacious grounds, well maintained pool and panoramic views from the roof. Gennaro the owner could not have been more helpful. We did encounter an electrical fault with the dishwasher and a problem with sediment in the water, but Gennaro was immediately available to help us, though I suspect a property of this age requires on-going maintenance.
