“跟奧克蘭的LyLo的美和基督城LyLo的大相比，或者跟歐洲青旅的創意活動或者跟日本的清潔管理相比，皇后鎮的LyLo 實在太讓人失望。 1:門面小有台階，出入不便。 2:走道窄房間小有沒有窗戶，亂到一塌糊塗，不知道多久之前的髒襪子和破拖鞋一直丟在那裡，無人認領。 3:廚房又髒又小，食材丟到地板上走道裡到處都是。 4:浴室髒，天花板用膠帶粘常常掉下來，水溫忽冷忽熱。 5:客服冷漠，跟其他青旅差太多。唯一的優點是：地點方便。如果有其他選擇，絕對不推薦皇后鎮的LyLo ”

“I was staying for 2 nights , the secobd night , There were some problems. 1:The light bulbs were flickering randomly in the living room, need to turn off and on for few times. 2 : I wanted to take a bath, but I wasn't sure if the blue bottle is for the bath. The receptionist came to see it, but he was not very sure as well and told me better not to use it, so i couldn't take a bath , and the next day , when I checked out , they told me oh yes it's for bath :( Feel very disappointed about……
