“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is modern and clean as displayed in the picture. A bit of issue is that the parking outside is very limited (open for holiday inn guests) despite we’ve paid for the parking (NZ$15/night) the parking is always full and we need to go in to reception desk to ask the stuff to open the basement and use the staff parking over there. I believe the hotel should control the number of parking permits issued to guests so to make sure this won’t happen……

“The apartment was lovely, so relaxing and the view was amazing. We had a little hiccup with receiving information about entering the property, this was my fault, but once I rang the management company they were very quick to send me the information so we were able to get in. Once we had parked right at the door and in the apartment it felt like home, very new, great shower and hot water. Bed was a king size and comfortable. “Good value and nothing to complain at all. Very new hotel and clean. The location is convenient and near to airport and nearby shopping mall with super market n restaurants. Should definite come back in my next visit. The only drawback is limited car park. We had to park our car along the road outside the hotel which was dead end but got a fine ticket next morning. ”
