“My kids loved the swimming pool. However, we were disappointed that the "river view" room is not what we expected. We could only see the river when viewing from the corner of the room. Its actually facing buildings .. ”

“我人比較保守，可能這種新潮酒店不太適合我。登記入住時候前台服務員感覺給我太隨意，講話方式讓人感覺輕佻，沒有把我當成客人看待。浴室洗澡地台洗澡時候會漏水到浴室其他地方。酒店大堂播放的音樂太大聲。入住期間早上有服務員搞錯房間，說收到要求要來拿行李到大堂，但對方知道搞錯後並沒有道歉，只是草草笑了一下便離開。總的來說酒店的服務員，包括前台，都沒有預期的禮貌和服務態度。”

“Pros: Free minibar, helpful staff, have Alexa to play spotify music, bath robes, slippers, spacious bathroom, great shower and you can choose what kinda pillow you need. located in a valley which has almost everything that you would need. close to Brisbane airport which is good for catching morning flight. Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.”

“Energetic boutique hotel with big comfortable room and excellent service, ideal for couples especially for the award wining rooftop bar with stunning Brisbane river night view. Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty”

“Die Lage direkt am Central Station ist sehr gut. Man kann nur Southbank fahren oder laufen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und haben alles was man benötigt, inklusive einem sehr starken Fön. Schwierig war nur einen Late Check out zu bekommen…. Es gibt Sonntags keine Snacks von der Bar. Zum Frühstück gibt es nur Kaffee mit einer Kleinigkeit. ”
